In 1985 McKenna moved to London at the age of nineteen to start working as a journalist for the legendary newspaper "The Gutter." Right after he was employed by Jeremy Black, the head of "The Gutter," McKenna was put together with Johnny Supernova, a journalistic legend who would become his mentor.
In 2006, McKenna invited Johnny for dinner and told him that he would now work for "The Globe," a morally bancrupt newspaper.
